Exercise in a gym environment was never something that I enjoyed. As a female, I used to find a gym to be a very intimidating place, however, after meeting Loukas and training with him for just over a year now I am really enjoying my gym sessions, and getting closer to my goal of building muscle, and losing fat. As a trainer, Loukas is very consistent and brings great passion, energy and enthusiasm to all our sessions. His professionalism and commitment to our training keeps me motivated, he pushes me to improve beyond my own expectations. I now feel stronger, leaner and healthier than ever before.
