After deciding to run the 2015 London Marathon I thought it was a good idea to seek out the advice of a personal trainer, to help me build my strength and endurance.

Maintaining my weight was also a concern, and that with all of the training I would be doing I would become too thin.

Loukas has exceeded my expectations, the results I am seeing in my body I never thought possible. I feel the fittest and strongest I have ever been, it has given me the drive to push myself to the best of my abilities.

He has helped me greatly with my food, which also has a big part to play with in my training.
