A few months ago I got talking to Loukas about the fact that I’d been training for years with minimal results. He convinced me that with the right training and nutrition I could achieve my goal of losing fat whilst maintaining muscle mass. Four months later and at the age of 38 I am in the best shape of my life. I have lost over a stone of body fat and trimmed over 4 inches from my waist. Loukas offers enjoyable training sessions and quickly corrected many training mistakes I’d been making over the years. In terms of nutrition he has vastly improved my understanding of what to eat and when to eat it. This has enabled me to make many positive changes to my diet which I believe i can maintain permanently.
