An initial Fitness Assessment is compulsory, without this we are simply training, not personal training. A comprehensive assessment of your body allows me to create a safe and effective training environment for you to achieve optimum results in minimal time. Physiologically assessing the body helps us to clearly see your strengths and weaknesses, setting a benchmark to progress from, with specific goals and targets to achieve.
